Scotch Porter began with a simple belief — men deserve grooming products that work as hard as they do, without harmful ingredients or inflated prices. What started as a small, handmade collection has evolved into a household name, known for its clean formulations and confident brand voice. From the brand’s inception, I worked alongside the founder and marketing team to shape every stage of growth — from identity and packaging to storytelling and digital experience. Across two major rebrands, countless campaigns, and high-profile collaborations, Scotch Porter became the blueprint for modern men’s grooming done right.

Problem:
The men’s grooming category was saturated with products that looked generic and felt chemically engineered.
Scotch Porter set out to create multi-purpose solutions that actually worked — but needed a strong visual system and consistent storytelling to stand out in a space dominated by corporate giants.
The challenge: build a brand that could balance barbershop authenticity with retail sophistication, inspiring loyalty while scaling into national retailers.
Solution:
We developed Scotch Porter into a premium-yet-approachable lifestyle brand, rooted in self-care and confidence.
- Visual Identity: Modern typography, warm tones, and packaging that signaled trust and craftsmanship.
- Content System: Monthly wellness publications, lifestyle photography, and campaign videos celebrating real men — not models.
- Brand Voice: Confident, relatable, and aspirational — positioning Scotch Porter as both the product and the movement.
- Digital Ecosystem: Consistent storytelling across web, social, and e-commerce to build community and conversion.
- Strategic Rebrands: Two full-scale refreshes as the company matured, each refining tone, typography, and color to align with market growth and cultural evolution.
Our approach made self-care not just acceptable for men — but essential.
