As Founder of The Artoholiks, a multidisciplinary studio based in Union, NJ, he partners with nonprofits, community groups, and social enterprises to translate ideas into powerful visual identities and campaigns. Worthingtons work blends strategy, storytelling, and design to build brands that inspire action, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact.

2015 - Present

  • Built and led a multidisciplinary creative studio delivering branding, content, and web design for lifestyle brands, fintech companies, CPG startups, and cultural organizations
  • Developed full brand systems including logo marks, type hierarchies, color palettes, and brand guidelines
  • Produced original campaigns and video series (Everyday I'm Doodling, Urban Exploring, Art Is Dope, blending storytelling and content creation
  • Served as design partner for clients such as Scotch Porter, Young King Hair Care, The Go Generation, and Ultra Standard Distributors
  • Actively repositioning the studio as “Artoholik Labs”—a Makers Studio focused on collaborative branding, merch, and creative IP

MoCaFi

2020 to 2025

  • Served as the company’s first Creative Director, shaping MoCaFi’s brand identity and campaign presence from Series A to national rollout
  • Partnered with Marketing and Product Directors to lead visual execution across campaigns, app UI/UX, pitch decks, card and collateral design, and event experiences
  • Oversaw a lean 3-person design team to fulfill cross-departmental creative requests across Sales, Legal, Operations, and Marketing
  • Contributed to key RFP wins by designing investor-facing presentations and city-specific program decks
  • Led creative for milestone programs like MoCaFi’s One App, the MoCaFi 2025 Visual Brand Kit, and the On Our Block pop-up experience

  • Created and operated a neighborhood-based flex studio offering room rentals, creative memberships, and content production services
  • Developed brand identity, voice, and promotional strategy for programs like Study Hall, Sunday Football Club, and Free Movie Nights
  • Designed and maintained marketing assets including social templates, event flyers, internal signage, and room branding
  • Built out productized offerings for small businesses seeking affordable offsite space, podcast studios, and photo/video rentals
  • Transitioned the brand from co-working to a boutique content and event studio model, generating consistent monthly revenue from hyperlocal community usage
